We're always keen to meet people who can hold a busy bar together. We mainly hire bartenders, managers and cleaners, but tradespeople, maintenance hands and suppliers are welcome to leave their details too. The operations team will get back to you when there's a fit at one of our seven Cape Town venues: The Richwood Inn, Cheers on Oxford, DG's Village Pub, Gull & Bell, Montego, Groundbar, Hillrise.

Good to know
- Do I need experience to work behind the bar?
- Not always. Bartending roles favour experience, but cleaning and maintenance roles are a good way in and we train on the job — many of our bartenders and managers started that way.
- What shifts do you work?
- Our venues run day and evening shifts, seven days a week. Most staff work a repeating weekly pattern, so you know your days well in advance, and you can request preferred days or days off through the team roster.
- How old do I have to be?
- You must be 18 or older to work in a licensed venue with gaming on site.
- What happens after I apply?
- Your application goes straight to the operations team. If there's a fit at one of the venues, a manager will call you on the number you leave.
